What is football4life

The aims and objectives of the Football4life are:

To support community sport & development initiatives in Scotland
 
To support community sport & development initiatives in Developing Nations

To create a framework for participation by members of the public & relevant bodies, in
support of our vision

To explore opportunities for further learning, training & development of Coaches

Our Short Term Goals are:

To raise funds through the continued use of a ‘model of best practice’ for football events

To raise funds through personal challenge events

To raise awareness of our project in order to gather support for our work, including a classroom module for schools & community groups

To achieve a ‘Scottish Football Association’ training standard for two football Coaches

Our Medium Terms Goals are:

To create a database of supporters

To establish a ‘adopt a team’ programme

To establish a ‘adopt a coach’ programme

To deliver coaching courses to Level 1 & 2 (SFA) on-site, in South Africa

To deliver workshops under the football4life banner, in Scottish communities and schools

Our Long Term Goal is:

To establish a world wide network of football4life sports development initiative
which anchor the human development of communitys to the principles of sport: friendship, health, education, skills and endevour
